How does the reservation process work?
Easily reserve online and receive your tickets by email in just four steps. It’s a breeze:
1) Go to www.vivelus.com to look for the activity, hotel or destination you want. You can also choose the theme of your getaway if you already know it.
2) Choose the activity or hotel you want and you’ll automatically see hotels or related activities, which you can also reserve if you want.
3) You’re almost done organising your getaway! Click on your shopping cart, make sure all the information is correct, enter your reservation information and make the payment. At this time, you will be redirected to the secure payment platform of Banc Sabadell.
4) Enter your credit card information and the unique codes that the bank will request so you can make your secure payment.
After receiving the payment, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with your voucher and the information on your reservation, the rendezvous address, the supplier’s contact info and any other information you might need.
Is payment secure?
You will pay for your reservation directly in the Banco Santander payment gateway and it will always ask you for a unique code for this transaction which you will receive on your mobile phone or using your coordinate card, depending on your bank.
Vivelus.com does not save your credit card information since the transaction takes place directly with Banc Sabadell.
Your credit card will be charged with the amount of your reservation, but if for any reason the supplier of the activity or the accommodations do not accept your reservation, the entire amount will be reimbursed directly into the account from which you made the payment.
Can I reserve by telephone?
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, we can make the reservation for you by telephone. All you have to do is phone us or send us a WhatsApp at +34 663 331 835.
Can I change my reservation?
Of course you can. Generally speaking, you can make any change or cancellation of your reservation 72 hours before checking into the hotel or doing the activity, unless a different cancellation policy is specified when you reserve your hotel or the experience. You can find this information before making the reservation in the hotel or activity information, and after you make the reservation in the voucher which you’ll receive by email.
How will I receive the information on my reservation?
After making your reservation, we will send you an immediate confirmation email with your voucher and the information on your reservation.
The voucher you will receive after making your reservation contains all the details on the information or accommodations you have reserved: locator, dates, addresses, number of adults and children participating and contact information of the accommodation and activity.
Regarding tickets to museums, monuments, amusement parks, concerts, etc. you will receive them separately in at most 12 hours in a different email.
Do I need to take the voucher to the hotel or activity?
Yes! You must take your voucher or ticket, printed if possible. Some hotels or activity suppliers allow you to show the voucher or ticket on your mobile phone. Check on your voucher whether you have to print it or whether you can show it on your mobile.
Where should I go, and what supplier will provide the experience?
In the detailed information on the experience, you will find the geographic location of the activity, and you will receive the exact address and name of the supplier with the voucher that you’ll receive by email.
